One.Overview

My company production of JT - power PGY relay protection test screen is power grid relay protection standard design products, can provide reliable for the relay protection testing, stable and convenient ac/dc test power supply, suitable for power plants, substations, and large and medium-sized industrial enterprises.

Two.Product model

Jt-pgy series products include: pgy-1, pgy-100, pgy-200 and customized products.

Three.Product features

When the ac power using the large capacity isolation transformer test power supply with the system power supply isolation, and equipped with shielding layer between the primary and secondary, to test the power from power grid transient process and other harmonic interference. The transformer USES the delta /Y0 wiring method, which greatly weakens the three harmonics and guarantees the power quality.

The control of ac power supply adopts automatic switch, which has the function of quick action, long life, short circuit and over-load automatic tripping.

The output power supply has the advantages of stable performance, high sensitivity, reliable operation and so on. It has short-circuit and over-load automatic tripping function.

The power supply can be switched with the dual power supply, which guarantees the reliability of the power supply.

The dc power supply can continuously and smoothly adjust the voltage to meet the needs of different pilot projects.

Four、Technical indicators

Communication section

Rated input voltage: three-phase 220V/380V, frequency 50Hz,

Rated output voltage: 220V/380V, three-phase four-wire; 57.7V/100V, three phase four lines.

When the three-phase input is balanced, the output imbalance is less than 1%, and the third harmonic component is less than 3%.

Direct current section

Power input is ac three-phase 380V;

The rectifier transformer capacity is 5KVA, the output dc voltage is 0~250V continuously adjustable, and the maximum output current is 20A under the eight-hour working system. 3 rd output (pgy-1);

Adopt digital dc voltage regulating module, output dc voltage 5 ~ 300V adjustable, maximum output current 20A; 3 rd output (pgy-100);

Using digital dc voltage regulating module, the output dc voltage can be adjusted by 5 ~ 300V, and the maximum output current is 10A. (pgy-200);

Output dc ripple coefficient K<1.5%.
