One.Overview
The jt-bzb series transformer neutral grounding protection device is a protective device for the neutral grounding of 330KV, 220KV and 110KV transformer. In electric power system fault, the asymmetrical three-phase fault can be decomposed into positive sequence component, negative sequence and zero sequence components, and the channel is the zero sequence current transformer coil neutral grounding way channel, zero sequence protection device is based on the zero sequence voltage and zero sequence current size selective removal of fault component. JT - BZB series transformer neutral point grounding protection device by single-phase isolating switch neutral components such as lightning arrester, current transformer and the spark gap, in order to realize the neutral point grounding or not designed two kinds of different operation modes, so as to avoid the transformer neutral point voltage rise caused by the failures of the thunder and lightning and hit, the damage of transformer insulation. This product can be widely used in power, metallurgy, chemical industry, coal and other industries.
Two. Using the environment
1. installation site: outdoors;
2. environment temperature: +55 C ~ -40 C;
3. altitude: not higher than 2000m (over 2000m, revised according to national standards);
4. the wind pressure is not more than 700Pa (equivalent to the wind speed not more than 35m/s);
The thickness of 5. icing is not more than 10mm.
6. filth grade: Grade III 2.8KV/cm);
7. the intensity of the earthquake is not more than 8 degrees;
There is no flammable and explosive material in the 8. installation site, and there is no frequent violent vibration.
Three. Product features：
1. The attachment combination is one, and the site assembly is quick and convenient;
2. The rod clearance is an independent part, the stainless steel is selected, and the clearance distance is easy to adjust.
3. After the user specifies the isolation switch and the type of the arrester, the installation hole should be reserved accurately;
4. The bracket adopts hot-dip galvanized steel bracket structure, which is firmly anti-corrosion;
5. Manual institutions with CS17 series WanShanHua human institutions, with stainless steel casing, labor-saving operation of the light, the overall structure of the seal, waterproof, dustproof, anticorrosion ability, can match the new DSW4 type electromagnetic lock for user mount code lock;
6. The electric mechanism adopts CJ6 electric mechanism, which adopts stainless steel case and beautiful appearance. It has good dustproof, waterproof and anti-rust ability, and can meet various interlocking performance at the same time. The secondary components adopt the quality products of domestic famous enterprises or joint ventures.

Eight.Order information：
8.1 when ordering, please inform: transformer rated voltage, current transformer ratio, isolating switch rated current, operating mechanism, zinc oxide arrester rated voltage and other parameters;8.2 when not specified, delivery shall be made according to the technical data standard of this manual;
8.3 the secondary side of the current transformer, P 0.5/10P, is used for measurement and protection, and should be short-circuited when not in use;
8.4 the complete set of equipment does not include columns and anchor bolts;
8.5 no connecting rod between the operating mechanism of the isolation switch;
8.6 the product will be damaged due to quality problems within two years, and our company is responsible for maintenance or replacement.
