3. First mechanical, electrical.
Electrical inspection shall be performed only after the mechanical parts have been identified. When checking the fault of the circuit, the detecting instrument should be used to look for the fault location. After confirming that there is no contact defect, the operation relationship between the line and the machine should be checked to avoid miscalculation.
4. First static and then dynamic.
When the device is not fully charged, the fault is judged by judging the electrical equipment button, contactor, thermal relay and fuse. Electrical test, listen to its sound, test parameters, diagnose faults, and finally repair. If the three-phase voltage value cannot be determined when the motor is missing, it is necessary to listen to its sound and measure each relative voltage separately to determine which phase defect.
5. First clean and then repair.
For the heavy pollution of electrical equipment, the buttons, wiring points and contact points are cleaned to check whether the external control key fails. Many faults are caused by dirt and conductive dust, which can be eliminated once cleaning failure occurs.

The failure rate of the power supply part is very high in the whole fault equipment, so it is often possible to repair the power supply first.
7. First general, then special.
Faults caused by the failure of assembly parts quality or other equipment generally account for about 50% of common faults. The special faults of electrical equipment are soft faults, which should be measured and repaired by experience and instrument.
8. First, the interior.
Do not rush to replace the damaged electrical parts, and consider replacing the damaged electrical parts when the peripheral circuit is normal.
